Seminar on Breast Cancer Treatment Successfully Held in Changsha

On the morning of August 20, 2017, the seminar on [new ideas for breast cancer treatment and research progress of Huaier] organized by gaitianli pharmaceutical was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. More than 300 domestic breast cancer experts and scholars were invited to the seminar, which provided a platform for interactive exchange, learning and communication for domestic medical workers in the field of breast cancer, and provided a wonderful and solid academic feast for the majority of participants. Professor Tang Lili and Professor Zhang Chaojie were invited to preside over the meeting. Professor Tanaka Zhennai, Professor Chen Qianjun and Vice President Lu Zhengxin of Gai Tianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were invited as the main speakers.

Professor Tang Lili pointed out that traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine complement each other. Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the recovery of the body's own immunity in the treatment of tumors, while western medicine emphasizes the attack on cancer cells to achieve a certain therapeutic effect. Whether it is traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine, it is a good medicine. Huaier granule is a more thoroughly studied traditional Chinese medicine and has achieved a very positive therapeutic effect in the field of liver cancer.

Professor Tanaka's research is mainly to explore the mechanism of Hippo signaling pathway in improving cancer and other provincial disorders from the molecular level. This study demonstrates that the spectral effect of Sophora japonica is based on its regulation of the Hippo signaling pathway, especially its ability to restore the transcriptional dysregulation of the Hippo pathway. The changes in the metabolic spectrum of the model animals explained the molecular basis of tissue repair after treatment of Huaier, indicating that Huaier may regulate the embryogenesis of cells in damaged tissues and the subsequent normal development process, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating cell fate. According to the popular saying, Huaier particles can repair the damaged cells and reverse the normal cells. It's called rejuvenation.

Professor Chen Qianjun mainly shared his experience of "traditional Chinese medicine treatment thinking for breast cancer and clinical application of Huaier granules". He explained from three aspects: 1. the limitations of western medicine treatment thinking for breast cancer, he found that tumor medicine thinking has not changed essentially under precision medicine thinking, that is, it is directly against tumor, and the theoretical effectiveness of precision medicine is very low, which leads to thinking about precision medicine and western medicine treatment mode. 2. the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer, from the overall point of view, the human body is the macro environment, and there are many microenvironments, and the living environment of tumors is the microenvironment. The human body has natural anti-tumor ability, and this ability can be regulated. Anti-tumor of traditional Chinese medicine is to affect the microenvironment by regulating the macro environment, thus indirectly fighting the tumor. 3. the clinical practice of Huaier granules in the treatment of breast cancer, Huaier granules have the effect of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation, regulating the balance of the host internal environment to inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer. Through the clinical observation of 220 small samples, it can be seen that Huaier granules can reduce the recurrence of high-risk breast cancer.

Vice President Lu Zhengxin of Gaitianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. made a wonderful speech on "thinking and methods of tumor treatment". First of all, he expounded the current situation of tumor treatment: except that the survival rate of hormone-dependent breast cancer has been greatly improved under hormone adjuvant therapy, the survival rate of the rest of the tumor in the past half century has not been fundamentally improved in essence. Secondly, it introduces the origin of the tumor and the relationship between the surrounding environment, points out that the tumor is extremely complex, should first simplify the complex problem, a series of elaboration of tumor stem cells, found that in the past tumor treatment, more attention to the tumor itself, while ignoring the treatment of tumor living environment, now it seems that these two factors are equally important, and then the relationship between immune inflammation and malignant tumor is described, it is concluded that the complexity of immunity lies in the fact that too strong or too weak immune function can promote the progress of inflammation. Then it introduces two forms of controlling immune inflammation: 1. exogenous control of immune inflammation is only transient or even harmful, 2. endogenous immune balance is the key to control immune inflammation, and repair the immune center to solve the endogenous immune balance. Studies have shown that the early G1 phase apoptosis of Huaier granules can act on tumor stem cells to reverse apoptosis, repair the immune system and control immune inflammation. These two factors are precisely the key points for tumor recurrence and metastasis after surgery. Therefore, the solution to the recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors after surgery is radical tumor surgery and long-term use of Huaier granules. This view has been confirmed by a national multi-center project.
