The First Annual Academic Meeting of Liver Tumor Branch and Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis Branch of Huaxia Liver Tumor Summit Forum of China Association for International Exchange and Promotion of Medical Care was held in Beijing Kuntai Sakan a few days ago.

The first China Association for the Promotion of International Exchange of Health Care Huaxia Liver Tumor Summit Forum Liver Tumor Branch and Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis Branch Academic Annual Meeting was successfully held recently in Beijing Kuntai Sadian. Academician Cheng Shujun of the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Professor Muneiyamin of the Red Shihui General Hospital of Japan, Academician Liu Yunyi of the Chinese University of Hong Kong School of Medicine, Professor Jiang Hongchi of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Professor Tanaka Shinai of Tokai University in Japan, etc. Well-known experts attended the conference. At the meeting, Cheng Shujun, academician of Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, brought "thinking on tumor prevention and treatment". Academician Cheng pointed out that the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors in my country must prevent the treatment of precancerous lesions and early cancer strategic metastasis. Professor Mu Nai Yamin of Japan Red Ten General Hospital gave a wonderful report on the Surgical Treatment of Primary Secondary Liver Tumors. Professor Muenai Yamin made a wonderful sharing on the necessity of surgical resection, the advantages of thoracotomy, and the treatment strategy of colorectal cancer liver metastasis in Japan.

Academician Liu Yunyi of the Faculty of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong made an important report on the topic "Should surgeons use their hands more, their brains more, or their mouths more. Academician Liu pointed out that an excellent clinical surgeon should not only use more hands to perform surgery skillfully, but also use more brain, integrate surgical knowledge and technical application, and push surgery to a higher platform. In addition, it is necessary to use more mouths to share their experiences at conferences and teach the next generation of physicians. Finally, more articles should be published, books should be written, and surgical knowledge and techniques should be applied to the next generation of physicians.

Professor Tanaka Shinae of Tokai University in Japan made a detailed report on the comprehensive prevention and treatment strategy of tumor and the analysis of molecular mechanism of Sophora japonica.

Professor Zhang Zhiwei of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology introduced the multi-center, randomized, parallel controlled clinical study of Huaier Granules in preventing recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer after radical resection.

Professor Cai Jianqiang of Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences gave an incisive explanation on the strategy and hot issues in practice of individualized comprehensive treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastasis under the guidance of MDT.

Colorectal liver metastasis is a kind of disease with different performance, and its diagnosis and treatment requires multidisciplinary cooperation. At the meeting, Professor Cai gave a detailed introduction to the MDT process, key points of MDT decision-making, and principles of handling differences in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.
