The 5th International Forum on Traditional and Modern Combination of Oncology Held in Nanjing

The Fifth International Forum on traditional and Modern Integrated Oncology, jointly organized by the expert Committee of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of the Chinese Medical Association, the traditional Medicine Professional Committee of Jiangsu Anti-Cancer Association, the traditional Medicine Professional Committee of Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association, the Japanese Society of Integrated Medicine and Jiangsu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine, was held in Jiangsu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province from May 24 to 25, 2014. The topic of the meeting is: the latest progress in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.

Many countries in the world have their own traditional medical systems, and their rich clinical practice has been paid more and more attention. Among them, China's traditional medicine-traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in Asia with a long history, complete and mature theoretical system. Traditional and modern oncology combines complementary, alternative therapies and modern medicine to study the methods and mechanisms of cancer treatment, so that patients can choose a wider range of medical methods to achieve the purpose of early recovery.

This meeting invited Japan's famous medical experts in oncology to speak at the meeting. He explained the rationality and necessity of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine through the integration of Eastern and Western civilizations in the modern world. The lecture by Professor Kazuo, who has full clinical experience, pushed the meeting to a climax. The topic of Professor Eitsuo Hakino's lecture is "The Status Quo of Treating Cancer with Traditional Drugs in Japan (Cancer Therapy withTraditional Herbal Medicine in Japan.)".
