Child Hematology Expert Seminar Held in Changbai Mountain
The expert seminar on the basic research and clinical application of Huaiqihuang granules in children's hematological diseases was successfully concluded in Changbai Mountain, Changchun.
On December 5, in the snow-capped and freezing Changbai Mountain, more than 100 Chinese and Western medicine experts in children's hematological diseases from all over the country gathered to discuss the latest research results in children's hematological diseases. The research team of Professor Jin Runming from Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology shared the observation results of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with classic treatment on children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
The clinical observation of 43 cases of the control group and 37 cases of the treatment group, in the classic treatment plan plus Huaiqihuang Granules, blood, platelet-related antibodies and a series of indicators, efficacy results comparison, the control group effective rate of 79.07, the treatment group effective rate of 94.59 (P<0.05), the test also observed other related items, finally, it is concluded that the combination of Huaiqihuang granules in the classical treatment can significantly improve the peripheral blood platelet count, improve the therapeutic effect of ITP, shorten the course of treatment, and the adverse reactions are light, easy to tolerate, can be used for a long time, the method is safe, effective, easy to accept, can be used in clinical practice.

The meeting was presided over by Professor Wang Tianyou, head of the Hematology Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and Professor Wang Tianyou of Beijing Children's Hospital. Professor Wang fully affirmed the excellent performance of Huaiqihuang Granules in the treatment of ITP. Based on some unique mechanism of action of Huaiqihuang Granules, he hoped to make multi-center and large sample clinical observation on the basis of perfect experimental scheme, so as to provide a better choice for the majority of blood disease patients.
