Huai Qi Huang granule packaging label, instructions change instructions
Since July 12, 2013, our company has changed the packaging and instructions of Huaiqihuang granules produced. The changed contents are as follows:
[Ingredients] The original "Sophora japonica fungus" was changed to: "Sophora japonica ear clear paste";
[Period of validity] The original "18 months" was changed to: "24 months";
[Implementation Standard] The original "State Food and Drug Administration Drug Standards (Trial) YBZ03172003" was changed to: "State Food and Drug Administration Drug Standards WS-5067(B-0067)-2012Z";
[Production Address] The original "No. 88 Heping South Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qidong City, Jiangsu Province" was changed to: "No. 1166 Nanyuan West Road, Huilong Town, Qidong City, Jiangsu Province", and the original production address was added to the registered address.
The corresponding contents on the package label and instructions have been modified. The changes of the above packaging labels and instructions of our company have been approved and filed by the State and Jiangsu Food and Drug Administration. This is to explain!
