Qidong Gaitianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Annual Output of 0.12 billion Packages of Huaier Granules and Huaiqihuang Granules Production Technology Transformation and Second Publicity of Environmental Impact Assessment of GMP Workshop Expansion Project

1. Brief description of the project

The GMP project of the granule workshop of Qidong Gaitianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was approved by Qidong Environmental Protection Bureau in August 2002 and passed the environmental protection completion acceptance in May 2007. The expansion project of the production workshop of Qidong Gaitianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was approved by Qidong Environmental Protection Bureau in September 2009 and passed the environmental protection completion acceptance in September 2013. In order to further meet the market demand, Qidong Gaitianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. plans to invest 120 million yuan in 1166 Nanyuan West Road, Qidong City, use the original land to expand the workshop, add 40000 square meters of construction area, add 80 sets of vacuum continuous dryer, automatic packaging line, sterilization machine and other equipment, and build 0.12 billion-pack Huaier Granules, Huaiqihuang Granules production technology transformation and GMP workshop expansion projects.

2. Overview of the possible impact of the project construction on the environment

The possible impact of the project construction on the environment is mainly waste gas, waste water, noise, solid waste, etc.

Waste gas: The waste gas of this project is mainly produced by the processes of mixing, crushing, sieving, mixing, granulating and powder removal, and the main pollutants include dust.

Wastewater: The wastewater of the Project is mainly production wastewater.

Noise: The noise of this project mainly comes from bottling machine, mixer, frame moving machine, air compressor and other equipment noise.

Solid waste: The solid waste of this project includes waste bacteria residue, dust from dust collector and water treatment sludge produced in the production process.

3. Countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts

3.1 air pollution prevention and control measures:

In this project, the waste gas generated in the processes of mixing, crushing, sieving, mixing, granulating and powder removal is treated by a bag filter and discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder, which has little impact on the surrounding environment.

3.2 water pollution prevention and control measures:

The production wastewater of this project is discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network after being treated by the sewage treatment facilities in the plant area, and treated by the Qidong Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant. The tail water finally meets the standard and is discharged into the Yangtze River, which has little impact on the surrounding water environment.

3.3 sound pollution prevention and control measures:

In the design of this project, advanced technology, low noise equipment and no strong noise equipment shall be used as far as possible. At the same time, the construction site is far away from noise-sensitive areas such as residential areas, which has little impact on the surrounding environment.

3.4 solid waste pollution prevention and control measures:

The waste bacteria residue, dust of dust collector and sludge of water treatment of the Project are all outsourced.

4. Main conclusions of environmental impact assessment

The Project conforms to the current national and local industrial policies, conforms to the requirements of regional planning, and has a reasonable site selection; can meet the national and local pollutant discharge standards; can maintain the local environmental quality and meet the requirements of environmental functions; and the total pollutant discharge can be balanced. Therefore, after the enterprise strictly implements the "three simultaneous" measures for environmental protection, the construction of this project is feasible from the perspective of environmental protection.
