A real-world research program seminar on Huaier Granules for the prevention of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer was held in Zhengzhou

On September 22, 2017, the "Real World Research Program Seminar on Huaier Granules for Preventing Recurrence and Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer" organized by Qidong Gaitianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully held at Sheraton Zhengzhou Meisheng Hotel. Professor Wang Xishan, the main researcher of the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, presided over the meeting. Researchers from 30 sub-centers across the country participated in the program seminar. Professor Wang Xishan asked the centers to be "innovative, pragmatic and truth-seeking" and make every effort to do a good job in colorectal cancer.

Lu Zhengxin, deputy general manager of Gaitianli Pharmaceutical, gave a detailed introduction to the efficacy characteristics of Huaier granules and previous research results. Ma Ying, clinical director of Zero Krypton Technology, a third-party monitoring company, shared in detail the definition, characteristics and differences between RCT & RWS research. Director Pei Wei of the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences gave a detailed introduction to the "Real World Research on Huaier Granules in Preventing Recurrence and Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer after Surgery. The details of the programme were then actively discussed by the participating experts. After the meeting, various opinions will be summarized to form a new plan and then provided to each sub-center for research and review.

We hope that the colorectal cancer project will be finalized and started as soon as possible. Under the leadership of Professor Wang Xishan and the joint efforts of the researchers in the sub-center, the project can achieve ideal results.
